While booking a flight from Scandinavia to Hong Kong, we started digging in our vast database of flight routes and search history on one of our other projects and found the impact it has on not only those who travel but those who are about to travel (especially long distance). Different rules for different airlines and politics can cause a lot of extra miles and CO2 emissions. This is when we came up with the idea of flightpaths.com. flightpaths.com let's you see the real flight paths and compare passenger airlines and flight times simplified on an interactive 3D or 2D map.

Who is flightpaths.com for?

The answer is anyone who wants to see a passenger flight’s actual flight path history. This can be, for example:

• You are someone who wants to see how much extra CO2 emissions a flight has compared to the shortest flight path.
• You’re planning a vacation and want to find the flights with the shortest route.
• You have already booked a flight and want to see how your airline flies around conflict zones.
• You’re about to book a flight and want to compare airline flight times.
• Or maybe the most common: you just love flights and maps.

Do you have all flight routes in your database?

We dont have actual flight paths for all routes. We are currently focusing on long distance flights. If you have a request just feel free to contact us and we can add it.
